hey i love to play basketball i've played since i was 3 and i run everyday and i work out!! i love to cook and to give advice i dont judge people but i try to read them and explain what i think about them!! i can be a girlie girl but i love getting down in dirrty....i wrestle with the guys and i always win(and no they dont let me win!!) well if you need advice send me something!!

i dont get this well i never take in more then 2000 callories a day more like 1000-1500 but like im putting on weight!!! the only way i lose any is if i dont eat for a day or i have no breakfast no lunch and like a salad for dinner which i have sometimes! but i dont get it.
i did lose about half a stone last year im 51.6kg and 5'2 btw im almost 15 if that helps x x x (link)
okay if your not losing weight try eating really heathly and only about the size of your fist. try not to eat to much toast or bread, eat small amounts of meat and lots of veggies!! hopefully that helps and i'm 5'11 and i've lost lost weight from doing that but i also run everyday and work out so try doing that!! good luck!!

i dont eat bread i dont like it lol if i have anything like muffins biscuits anything with wheat in i bloat and i hate it then i feel fat so i try to avoid anyways thanks for the advice to run and if i do long distance! about twice-three times a week i guess that just aint enough! thanks hun! xXx
