If you know someones first and last name and age and where they work, and that they live in one of two states, is there any way to find them online? If they are in college?
Sorry thats confusing.

If they are listed in a phone book, you can find this out with a reverse look up device. If you know how to hack, you can trace their IP or find out without using the reverse look up site.
