I'm one of the few guys on this site, so if you have any question pretaining to guys or dating guys or something feel free to ask. I'm usually pretty good at telling what other people are thinking and why they act the way they do.

I used to be able to do this really well, but it's declined as I've gotten older. The way I used to do it was by making sure I was in a very shallow sleep. The deeper a sleep you're in, the less the chance you'll be able to remember/control the dreams you have. Once you begin having a dream, you must realize it's a dream. That's probably the hardest part. It takes a lot of tries. The best way I found to do it was by doing something you couldn't do in normal life (breathing under water, falling off a tall building, whatever is in you dream, just get creative!). One you've attained these two steps, you're pretty much set to go. Like I said before, it takes a lot of practice, and repetition is the best way accomplish it. Different things work for different people as well, so experiment.
