im am 13 i havent gotten im period and im afraid it will happen at the most embarrassing time like in class or something. i went to the doctor and she said that she etimated it would happen when im 17 but im scared that it will start and i wont knwo and ill be really embarrased :-( (link)

I kno periods are different for every girl but when I first got mine i was at home and i was in the 8th grade. It was so light i didnt even kno i had it. If your a small person (like me) yours will most likely be light at first & for a while.
