what are some good ways to remember not to get mad on the tennis court? i seem to have a temper when i play. also.. what are some good ways to keep your self esteem up and be confident? it's whats killing my tennis game and i could be a much better player without this. thanks and i rate well.

If you dwell on a situation, you're bound to lose. Sports are the perfect way to channel anger. That's just what you should do. Take your anger and use it to your advantage. Channel your anger to your body and use that fierce and strong attitude when you serve.

The only way to keep your confidence is to remind yourself you are good and you work hard. Don't punish yourself, but instead imagine yourself winning. The most important factor is to practice, practice, practice, the sure-fire way to gain and keep your confidence.
