this name is old and stupid....well first off my name is stephanie.dont judge me before you know me.im pretty nice.i like meeting new people,so im open to friends, but im extremely shy, so yeah. i dont give that good of advice so i'll help you as much as i can

I care to much about what people think of me. I know I do this, and it holds me back from alot.

I know I'm a cool person inside, but I'm scared to talk to anyone (besides people I'm already friends with). How can I stop this?

thats the same thing for me..like i wont talk to you if you dont talk to me first because people dont give me a chance.i still dont talk to people unless they talk to me but im a little more open than what i was before.just have some courage and people will think your really cool like you said.and you'll meet more people
