Okay so i've gotten a few emails recently from different people and one of those mailbot things (the ones that tell you your message cant be delivered) well...there is always some strange email that i've never seen before...the mailbots tell me that my message cant be delivered to so and so and i dont even know who they are! and i also just today got an email from some carl flemons. I dont know him but his message said this "I apologize for this automatic reply to your email.
To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders I have approved beforehand.
If you would like to be added to my list of approved senders, please fill out the short request form (see link below). Once I approve you, I will receive your original message in my inbox. You do not need to resend your message. I apologize for this one-time inconvenience.

like i said...I dont know him! Is this spam or is someone hacking into my hotmail and sending these messages?

I used to get messages like that in my box all the time. I'm not sure if it was spam or if it was an email hacker, but it stopped after I changed my password to something harder to guess.
