about
'Ello, the name's Chloe, and I've always been the advice giver among my friends. If you ask me a question or if I answer your question, I'll do the best I can to help. I'm a teenager, I'm a ballet dancer (yes, I can "go on my toes") I'm also an actress, musician, writer, artist...pretty much an artist all around. If you have questions related to any of these things, I guarantee I'll be able to answer them! Well, thanks for visiting my column stop by again sometime! I'd love to meet you!

ok i want to exercise but i have bad asmta what can i do that can help with fitness

Have you asked your doctor for help? If you don't have one currently, it might be helpful to enlist the help of a physical coach or a teacher of yours. But I know of a few exercises that I don't think would affect your breath too much, and you can do them anywhere!
1.) while sitting at a table or a desk, put your arms flat against the top and push down as hard as you can against the desk. Hold for ten seconds then release. Do 5 reps.
2.) Stand with your feet parallel and rest your hands lightly on a shelf or something of the like. roll onto your toes and down rapidly 10 times. Do 3 reps. Try to roll through your feet.
3.) Put a book between your legs at the knees or some other flat item, and squeeze your knees together as hard as you can. Hold for 10 secs then release. Do 5 reps.
And also, if you're just looking to stay fit, remember the take the stairs instead of the elevator trick? Well, believe it or not, that works. Even pacing wjile you're on the phone, wlaking to the mall instead of getting a ride; it all helps!
