Ok 4 about 2 weeks I have been loosing alot of weight! I mean like I have lost 7 or 8lbs in that time period. What I have been doing is not eating ANYTHING from 7:00am to 3:30pm and I have pratacly been starving my self. When I think of Food I get so hungray. But I don't feel like eating. I weighted 220lbs and now I weigh about 212. Is this healthy. I eat when I get home. No Smartasses please. Thanxs (link)

That's really not a healthy way to loose weight. Eating in the morning starts your metabolism and its just how your body should naturally function. The healthiest way to eat is have something small every couple of hours.
