What would be worse?

Straightening your hair alomost everday

or

Putting mousse,gel and hairspray in it almost everyday as well?

Straightening your hair everyday is VERY bad for it. It burns the hair and dries it out. Not a good thing.
Putting mousse, gel, and hairspray is worse though. It kills the hair and gives you major dandruff problems.
Try avoiding both- if you can.
