What would be worse?

Straightening your hair alomost everday

or

Putting mousse,gel and hairspray in it almost everyday as well?

I think the mousse and gel etc. is worse because I noticed that when I go to the hair dressers, they dont put much hairspray or anything in my hair but they straighten it with a straightener for me and even suggests straighteners to me. They have been coming out with straighteners that dont really damage your hair much. Hope this helps :)
