I am 5'6'' and weigh just over 10 stone, that is 2 inches shorter than your friend, and a person can acceptably carry an additional 10lbs for every inch over 5'. I go to the gym 3 times a week, am happily married and get lots of male attention, your friend is a very healthy weight, and is most likely quite thin. worrying about your weight is pointless, just eat healthy food, exercise, and smile a lot!
