I jammed my middle finger on my left hand and it kills! :-( so I need to know how to fix if before the morning cuz i have basketball!

This happens to me a lot when i play basketball...
The best you can do it ice it all night and keep moving it, it might hurt but this will keep it from getting too stiff (it will still be stiff in the morning). In the morning you can try taping it to your ring finger but i usually just play with it jammed..keep taking care of it and it should be better soon!
