what does it mean to scrunch up your hair?... i know this is really random but i was just wondering.. lol

when you scrunch your hair it means to make it look curly i guess.....its kinda hard to explain what it means but if you wanna try it heres how:
1. get a shower or wet your hair(( i usually dont use conditioner when i scrunch my hair b/c it works better for me))
2. get gel, mouse, and hairspray
3.put some gel in your hands and take your hair from the bottom and bunch it up into bal and hold it there for a while
3. repeat step 32 to your whole head and then do it again with mouse.
4. hairspray your hair really good....make sure you have extra hold hair spray and spray it a lot.
5. for the last step just put your hair dryer on low and do step 2 without any mouse or gel..... go over your hair with the hair dryer while doing this.
6. spray it one last time and WA LA!!! your hair is scrunched
