Okay, there's this guy in my science class who likes me and i used to like him but now anymore. so now i don't know how to make it clear to him that i'm not interested without majorly hurting his feelings.
and another problem. there's this other guy that i've liked for about 4 months. he's dated a lot of my friends and he knew i liked him so he's been acting all....well he acted like he didn't want to be around me. so i told him that i didn't like him anymore even tho i did. i like everything about him and i don't know how to get completely over him.
please help! no smartasses (sillyrob)!!! i will report. i rate high if i see that you're trying to help

I do not think you get it fully when it comes to how males work on a mental, intellectual level. If you tell us point blank you do not like us we think you mean it. Most human beings would think you meant it. Then if you came back at us and said "I LOVE you only kidding about hating you will you date me? We are likely going to die of a heart attack, be cconfused or tell you to screw off.
This kind of thing will piss people off and there is no way he will go out and or be friends with you. Why? You bruised his ego, hurt him, rejected him and when he knows it was all a trick he will want to kill you.
The guy from science class sounds interesting. He must see something in you that you do not. Sometimes, guys are like him and overdo liking someone or showing it. They assume you just do not get them. I would tell him in private "Stop trying too hard with girls." and "Sorry, I am not interested you are a nice guy etc."
The problem I have with your behavior is you seem to be in a candy shop mentality here with I like this one, uh, this guy is better, hate this one, no wait who do I like? YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW and that is what we call being a TEENAGE GIRL. Figure out hun, what you want before you go shopping for it or you may not get what you hoped for.
If I were you as you liked the science guy give him one date and see how it goes. How can you be so sure he's awful if you never dated him when you did in fact like him? He may be a catch who is devoted to you. TRY IT. A few little dates will let you know and at least help him become confident and less in your face. Tell him what turns girls off privately. Evidently he has not a clue.
