um thanks for tying but 3 isn't the maximum for keeping a tampon in the max is 8 hours cause i just read the pamphlet and it said change every 4-8 so please if ur gunna give advice please check your resources btw i use tampas reg. so you can check that.

thanks for your concern but we get plenty of drinks and theres some shade we run in and at times (when hes not looking) we walk. its for school-everythings about 3 hours long
