as i have said many times before i have a crush on my best friend but she doesnt like me like that and i want to talk to her about it but its hard any advice on how to talk to her about it

just don't get nervous, think what do i want? then go talk to her. ask to speak to her privately then tell her everything as quick as you can but not to quick and make sure nothing gets awkward
