Q: i sit with my friend every day on the bus and this kis like sits in the seat next to us and we like talk about stuff but he ALWAYS looks at us and it gets so annoying is there a reason why he dose that??

ROFL! I was just like that kid when I was school! I was just bored so if I found someone interesting, I just watched and listened to them. I know that it must be weird, but he might even notice he's doing it. It took me awhile to notice what I was doing and even then I couldn't stop, let's face it riding the bus is BORING and it's hard to steer away from the few interesting things you observe.
If you really can't withstand the starage, then say something or try sitting else where. Don't worry about embarassing him, as long as you don't make a huge deal over it then he'll shrug it off in no time.
