My name is Brad Marcum. I live in San Antonio, TX and am a Junior at Byron Steele High School. I know I'm pretty young to be giving advice, but I still love to help people, and if my advice helps just one person feel a little bit better, I'll be happy. My goal in life is to help people... whenever there's a disaster (which seems to happen often lately), I donate money. Don't let that fool you, though. My music tastes are rather hardcore (As I Lay Dying, Remembering Never, etc). I dress kinda unique... a tiny bit of punk, goth, and my own style. (I DO NOT WEAR GOTH MAKEUP.) I am fairly knowledgeable about computers and am going for a Computer Engineering degree, so you can ask me questions about technology in general and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge. I try to be open minded (this juxtaposed against me using the terms "punk" and "goth"... haha) and will never judge you for who you are without getting to know you very well. okay well i have a biiggg problem. i kinda have 2 boyfriends. ik befor you start telling me imma skank or w.e just listen. so i have been going out with this kid for almost 4 months.. hes 17 *im 13 and we dont care about the age difference* but im in ny and hes in fl. so yeuh there is problem number 1. so i was at the movies with my friend her bf and his friend and my friends bf's friend asked me out and i said yes because i was SOOO mad at my other bf because that day he hung up on me THREE times and he was calling me liek an asshole or w.e and this other kid who just asked me out is reallly cool and stuff. so now that i sit here and actually say i have 2 boyfriends ik i have to dump one. but i do not kno who. its tearing me apart inside nobody knos how bad this is hurting me. if my bf from florida lived in ny i would deff dump the other guy.. but i REALLY love him. ugh i do not kno who to chose. puhlesz no smart ass answers. puhlesz hurry. i rate high!
I've been in this situation... on the side of the long-distance guy. Long distance relationships in general are painful... you have to have absolute trust, absolute confidence in your partner. Personally, I think you need to talk to your boyfriend in Florida. Tell him that you need to work your differences out because if he was there with you, you'd definately choose him. Tell him how much you care for him. Tell him that you need to have absolute confidence and trust in eachother (even if you already do). If he listens and agrees wholeheartedly, I'd say stay with him. Let the other guy know that you think he's really cool and really nice, but that you have another interest that's been around longer. (Don't have to elaborate on this.) If your Florida boyfriend refuses to talk or doesn't feel he can meet these terms, let him go. One last piece of advice that I may offer you... you may choose not to follow this. In my experience, the long distance girl just cut me off without telling me why. It was a horrible experience to have someone who says "I love you" often suddenly tell you to shut the fuck up and die. She still hates me, and it still kills me. So don't cut either of the guys off cold without some sort of explanation; I'm sure you'd want the same done for you if you were in their shoes. Good luck.
