my dad can be so mean sometimes he yells really loud and when he gets mad he throws and breaks stuff and it really scares me. i feel bad because i dont know if i love him or not and i feel like everything is my fault!! i dont know what to do please help! (link)

well growing up i went through that to. i told my dad "you need anger management" and it pissed him of even more so don't tell him that but try to get your family together and talk to him about his anger prolbem. even if he does get mad or whatever that is no reason to throw stuff. don't think is your fault more than likely is't not! people just have their own way of dealing with things and maybe thats his but it needs to be delt with so do the best thing possible "get him some help" i hope that thing will work out for you.
