Heyy. for volleyball we need liek a lil phrase thing. Liek for softball it was "cant touch this" and we need one for volleyball.. and i cant think of Anything..and obviously it has to be related to volleyball.. and prolly liek a song or sumthing. but doesnt have to be. Thnxz =) (link)

we did "can you dig it?" for our saying and one year we did 369 serves so fine, we're gunna beat yall one more time, get low, get low, get low gert low get low, from the attack line to the net, till sweat drops from the ball, we'll spike so hard u'll crawl, get low get low ect. haha hope i helped!
