Q: what age is normal to have sex im not sure cuz alot of ppl say that they have sex early or late so i need to no an normal age

People mature at different rates. There is not a set age that someone should start having sex.
One must consider when they are ready. Most states have Statutory Rape laws. Anyone caught having sex with someone under 16 is charged with Statutory Rape, even if the "minor" has consented. Those states consider that someone under the age of 16 is not able to make rational decisions about committing sexual acts.
