ok i want to lose a couple pounds by labor day weekend... what would be the best way ? i have a lot of weights but it doesnt seem to help.. HELP! (link)

well if you want to have a small work out then do 50 sit ups and 15 puch ups a night.Then if that dosent work out or you just want more work out then run a half hour to an hour a day.Hope i helped
