I am 13 years old, and my five year old brother has just started kindgergarten. I am afraid there is something terribly wrong. In just a week and a half, he's gotten a dozen reports from his teacher saying he was being bad. my brother is not a bad kid, and the allegations are (in my opinion) completely bogus. Just yesterday, my family and I recieved a call that my brother had been fighting on the playgroung. So we went over, and found out that it was just a few hits--nothing serious, but his teacher got together with the assistant principal, and they want to suspend him for "fighting" Is this teacher stepping over the line? I had bad experiences with teachers when I was at this school, and I'm afraid that because we have the same last name (and darker skin tone), he is being discriminated against.

I think your teacher is being a little OVER protective. She needs to stop being so cautious.. your brother sounds like a good kid. i dont think its because of ur skin color. I just think shes just worried and every little thing she sees thats "bad" she wants to keep from happening again...

i have your back, those are to little things to try to SUSPEND him
