How do you import a playlist that you know is saved to your computer on to a new iTunes playlist but not into your libary just a new playlist. Thanks in advance _(link)

first make a new playlist...Go to file in the corner and click on make new playlist. then go to file again and click import ... i tihnk that will help*yikes*
