ok well i had my period.. 2nd time now.. and i dont know.. like how many times a day should i change my pad/ tampond?? or like my mom never had the talk with me so idk what to expect

Well change your pad about everytime you go to the bathroom, except if you go like every hour.. s change it like every 4 hours =) when you start using tampons its actually really easy but you dont have to start for another year and it has all directions on the box! good luck dear
