Is it safe to wear a tampon to sleep in? I'll probably sleep around 9 hours tonight .. I'm just not sure if that's safe (TSS). If I wear a pad, it usually leaks and gets on my shorts im wearing to bed. What should I do? _(link)

i think you should wear a pad, you could even use 2 if you need...its not safe to wear a tampon that long
