ok well i really wanna lose 17 pounds by august 29th. any sugestions?... I WILL RATE VERY HIGH!!
Try exercising and eating healthy. It's not hard most people just don't do it because there lazy and thats why there not going to lose any weight. If your actually really wanting to shed some pounds then do it. And eating protein shakes really do help.
