Q: if i drink a big sip of water and then go outside in the heat for about 5 minutes and go back and drink another sip..is that a way to not get dehydrated and sick and dizzy and stuff? thanks

From the looks of your question, it seems like you want to get dehydrated? Why? Lol. That's strange but to be dehydrated I guess, you shouldn't drink water at all! Stay dry and stay outside for the longest time you can. Goodluck with that! lol Hope my advice helps you.
