you can buy an exfoliator or face scrub at any drug store and some grocery stores. A good brand would be clean and clear because they specialize in products for the face. I reccomend getting a blackhead cream and rubbin it on your face like a mask right before you take a shower give it a minute to work its way into your skin and tehn wash it off with warm water in your shower... do this nightly and you should notice improvements.
