Sounds some what like my room before I spiced it up. Well it reallie depends what your theme is, every room has a theme. If you like a tropical theme, try a hula skirt curtain, they're about $15ish or less @ ICINGS. Buy a small vase @ Walmart for less then a dollar and put some sand and shells in it and place it somewhere high up. some figurines at a dollar store. Try buying a blue rug at Bed Bath & Beyond for about $10-$15. For windows you can make soap designs...take a bar of soap and draw a scenary and when your ready for a change, simply wash it off with some wet towels.
But if your a winter girl get some cheap snowglobes at the dollar stores. Cut out some paper snow flakes from construction or tissue paper and glue alittle glitter.
If you let me know what you like I can give you much more advice. AIM- shakenNOTsturd28
