Okay I have had my period for like a year now, or whateva. So like last month and this month, it didn't stay on as long as usual. I mean it used to come on for 5 days now it comes on for looks like 7. Is this normal? I mean what is wrong with me. I couldn't be pregnant, cause if your period comes on while you are pregnant it is shorter right? SOmeone help me please. Rate 5 for all GREAT and HELPFUL answers.

One girl might have a 3-day period and another girl might have a 7-day period. It might take several years for a girl's period to become regular. One month the period might last 4 days, whereas the next month it might be 6 days. Some women experience irregular periods for several years and might not ever be "regular."
