okay im 14,female, i have braces,and i still suck my thumb, i need mucho help! like BAD i need tips. every time i try to stop i just can't its addicting. none of my friends know i do it. please HELP =) thanks ♥♥♥ _(link)

This is gonna sound weird but it really works. My orthidontist had me put a sock over my hand at night and just try as hard as i can to avoid it during the day. I didnt do it after 2 weeks!
