Q: Hello
1.I am on a diet and my mom bought me these chewy wholesome granola bars. I dont know if alot of people eat them...but are bad for you?
2.How many calories and carbs should i have a day for sufficent weight loss?

1. I have no clue about the bars.
2. It depends on how much you want to lose and how fast. If your also working out then, you want to burn more calories than your putting into your body. (ex: eat 900 calories and burn 1000).
