Okay...Im like a mad fun person to chill with. I love having fun. If you can make me laugh i automatically love you..lol! Dancing, cheerleading, and listening to music are my thing. I'm a "good" girl, but I know when to have fun and pary! I am a really loyal friend. When people want me to keep a secret for them I do, because I'm not the type to tell everyone someone else's business. I can't stand people who are two-faced. I know I'm not perfect...but I decided to make my own avice column so I could help people who are in the same kind of situation I was once in before. And that's basically about it. Hello. Im starting to excersize to lose weight and i was wondering..I like to eat salad with just lemon and salt, but i only eat lettuce..lol not much of a salad so basically lettuce in a bowl with lemon and salt on top..is that alot of carbs/calories?

It's not that healthy to just eat lettuce. Even though salad dressing is more fattening you should use it every once a while. Also you should mix pieces of grilled chicken breast in your salad. It will taste really good I promise. You could also add stake. But that's still a boring salad. So you could add vegetables to the salad like cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and couliflower (sorry I couldnt spell that last one right). I hope you lose the weight you want...Good Luck :)
