I need some help on losing weigh 4 high school. Since this is a rural I live on don't even think about saying walkin cause it muddy and always wet. But wat r some ways I can? Thank you oh yea I weigh 200bls and i am 5'7 (link)

Start with eating healthy meals with every meal you eat have a side salad italian dressing and whatever meal you eat has to be 200 caloris or less. Then try jogging with a pedometer every morning doing like 1 mile or 2 i can run 20 miles trust me so it should be easy for you to do at least 2.
