Hey All!
Homecoming is a way away, but I am currious. I have never gone to a dance before. My boyfriend and I are going to most of the dances at both of our schools this year, because it is his senior year. I already have a dress for Prom. and it is floor length. I wore it in a wedding.
So, is homecoming like prom at all? Do you get an almost to the floor dress? a knee length? what? What are good colors?
Is it a huge deal? How much should one spend on a homecoming dress.
What about shoes?
its in September or October. (I cannot remember!)

homecoming is not quite like prom to some people it is like if it isnt your junior or senior year it is like prom but if it is your junior or senior year its a prom practice! A lot of my friends got to the floor dresses but some people got shorter dresses, the color of the dress really depends on the theme of the dance or you can just pick your favorite colors. in some cases homecoming is a big deal, it was to me, so yea i would say it is. I spent liek $175 total on homecoming including the shoes, and no dont take a purse put your lipgloss tickets and money in your boyfriends pocket and stay with him so he dont loose it. hope i helped!
