i aLways want to get my hair like this but it never works w/ a curling iron..any other alternatives or ideas? thankss

Get a SMALL curling iron and some hairspray (Thermasilk Flexible Hold Hairspray works well).
Take small chunks of your hair and mist it with hairspray then curl your hair in a spiral way, holding the curling iron up and down(vertical).
P.S. You should know, but make sure your hair is completely dry!!!
