(16/f)Does anyone know a work-out I can do to work my lower abs? I've been doing crunches/sit ups and all i've gotten is a 2-pack. Would leg lifts help? I don't want a work-out video-and i belong to a gym so i have access to medicine balls and what not, but i'd prefer just a movement i could do at home! thanks!

what you could do is get the belly buns and thighs polaties work out..i have it and it has alot of goo exersizes that you can try and in all of the exersize oin the work out it is stil targeting the core musle(abs) which is spesified right in the begining hop ehtis helps bye
