I have a best friend... he is so close to me. You may like him i doubt you love him. but if you don't want to like him i dont see why you should then. distance yourself from him for a bit. and if your really close, mention it to him, but make it into a joke so you two can laugh about it and not get weird. I use to like a couple of my guy friends and i told them, and usually i stopped liking them quickly cause nothing changes and we are still friends
