if you eat alot in a short amount of time whats a good way to burn the calories off faster?

Well for one, exersize-and eat alot of healthy food. That is what made me so skinny. So try to lay off the junk food as much as you can if your into that kind of stuff. Also eat smaller meals but then eat more meals, or like have a couple of snacks during the day. Hope it all works out.
