This is the second period ive had.. and its soo heavy .. i dont get that many pains. but i have to chnage every hour and i cant when im at school i even try thicker onses.. but i still need to chnage it very often and i dont know what to do (link)

hey , i have the same problem as you .. when im on my period im really heavy.. i would try the heavy tampons and a pad that has wings.. that works great for me.. when im in school it willmostly leak on the pad but thats what its there for.. then i would change that every 2 or 3 hours.. im sorry that what i do .. i hope it hepls you
