Okay, well you see, I was really good friends with this one guy. We go to different schools and only see each other occasionally. For a while we were boyfriend/girlfriend, but not offically. We would hold hands and then, one night he just held me, in that way. Then, I didn't see him for a while, and I have recently just seen him. I asked him if he still liked me, (because I knew he did( as in he did in the past)) and he said no. I don't know if I should do anything else, because I still like him, or if I just should let it be, because he initiated our "realtionship" and then he just ended it like that.

It really depends. Watch how he looks at you and everything because to me it sounds like he could just b shy, so you would hav to initiate it. If that is the case you would also have to think about risking the friendship too.
