I go to Canada on holiday in 5 weeks, and I'm really looking forward to it! The thing is, even though I know I'm not fat (I'm size 10, UK size), I want to feel more confident in wearing my bikini while I'm on holiday. So I was wondering if anyone could suggest any ways to get my tummy a bit more toned quickly (remember I only have 5 weeks!). (link)

if you did sit up and crunches for the next 5 weeks every morning when u wake up and every night before you go to bed your stomach should look pretty good..and do about 20-30 each morning/ night or more if you feel comfortable
