Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people,though.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Well i used to cut too. it is a bad thing to start and a very difficult thing to stop. I tolded my sister who is 15 years old and she got me to stop. you could tell your parent/s and if not them then a close friend or an adult you trust or consleor. hope i helped
