alright, my brother is 21 and is a rapper just not noticed yet. he loves rap and has a couple CDs made, just not out yet....Does anybody know how he could somehow get recognized by an artist???

Samantha says ; just send demo cds into some record companies.. try the smaller yet better ones first just because they probably wont have that many labels.
