i see people that have these things that say something and it keeps going .. like it will say "i love you" and it will scroll sideways, how do you do it ??
Another question .. I want my website to look awesome, any tips ?? Or websites that i could get help off of, or skins,layouts,ideas ??

http://webmonkey.wired.com/webmonkey/ can help you get started with learning HTML and stuff like that.It also has the color codes and a stylesheet guide.http://www.pimpwebpage.com/ is also a good site which even has a layout generator.Hope those sites can help..
