Ignore people who make it sound like you have to earn a rating or who will rate you low for giving advice they will disagree with. Not because of the rating, but because it's a waste of time.
And don't worry about the ratings - if you only give advice for the rating, your advice is worthless. Be honest, be compassionate, and accept that some people won't like what you say no matter what.
