ok so im trying to lose 5 pounds but i go to so many pool parties and 4th of july parties. how do i stop myself from eating all the junk at the party, like chips,soda,chocolate,cake,ice cream ahhhhhhhhhhh its sooooo hard. please help!!!!!!!!! (link)
Before you leave to go to a party, eat a substantial meal.. like pasta or soup, so you will be full and not tempted to eat the unhealthy food. Once you get there, stay away from the bad foods and occupy yourself with something.. and when you get hungry, eat something healthy and filling. When you see bad foods that you are tempted to eat, just remember your goal of losing 5 pounds, and how you will gain, not lose, weight from these foods. Above all, just eat what you you think is best for yourself.
