13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

ok im 13 / f also im only 172. i wanted to start loosing wait also. instead of eating a sand wich for lunch or soup eat an apple. and dont eat 2 bowls of cereal and dont get 2nd plates of food. exercize on a regular basis. hope i helped.
